To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, used lash products or opened serums cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
