To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, used lash products or opened serums cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you’ve followed all NŪ instructions and directions of use but are still not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee.
Simply email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@nucollective.co, and we’ll happily provide a full refund (minus shipping fees) — no hard feelings.
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and issue your refund or send out your replacement item. Please allow a few business days for processing and for your payment provider or carrier to complete the transaction.
