How do I apply NŪ lash clusters?

Follow the NŪ application ritual for a flawless, comfortable result:

Step 1: Prep

Start with clean, dry lashes — no, makeup, mascara or oils.

Use NŪ Lash Care Ritual Shampoo Foam and Pre-Wear Elixir to remove residue.

Let lashes fully dry.

Step 2: Map Your Look

Choose your style: Subtle Status (natural) or Daydream (wispy).

Lay clusters (without glue) on top of your lashes to plan your shape.

Step 3: Apply Bond

Apply a thin layer of DualFix Bond to mid-lengths→tips of natural lashes, avoiding the waterline.

No need to wait for the bond to dry.

Step 4: Place Your Clusters

Using PrecisionGlide Tweezer, place each segment under the lashes, 1–2mm from the waterline.

Slightly overlap for a seamless blend.

Step 5: Lock & Fuse

Gently squeeze natural lashes + clusters using PrecisionGlide Tweezer. Hold for 10 seconds to fuse.

Step 6: Set & Slay

Apply Release+Lock to remove stickiness and enhance hold. Using PrecisionGlide Tweezer

hold for 3 seconds to set and slay.

Are NŪ products safe for sensitive eyes?

Yes babe, our formulas are created to be lightweight, low-irritation, and gentle.

However, every eye is unique. We always recommend a patch test if you have sensitive

or reactive eyes. Discontinue use if you experience redness, stinging, or irritation.

What ingredients are in the bond, sealant, and serum?

Full INCI ingredient lists are included on all product packaging and product pages.
If you have sensitive eyes, we recommend checking for known allergens and performing a

patch test before use.

How long do NŪ lash clusters last?

With proper prep and care, your clusters can last up to 14 days. Longevity depends on oil exposure, steam, sleep position, and how much product you use.

To keep your lash look lasting longer:

Use oil-free products around the eyes — especially eye creams and serums.

If you have naturally oily skin or tend to get shiny throughout the day, use our

Pre-Wear Elixir to gently swipe away excess oils before application and use AM & PM

to cleanse around your eyes without disturbing your lash clusters.

Avoid oils, heavy creams, or balms drifting into the lash line, as they can break down

the bond faster.

Can I wear mascara with NŪ lash clusters?

No need to apply mascara, babe — your NŪ lash clusters already give you all the volume

and lift you’re craving.

Can I get my lashes wet?

Keep lashes dry for a minimum of 12 hours.

After that: light moisture is fine, but avoid hot steam, oils, and friction.

Pat gently if they get wet.

What if a cluster lifts during the day?

If you have brittle, thin and damaged lashes, you may experience lifting on the inner and outer corners of your eyes.

Lift the loose edge with tweezers.

Add a tiny bit of bond to your natural lashes.

Wait a few seconds, then press the cluster back into place and lightly fuse with our Lock Serum for 3 seconds.

What is a lash serum?

A lash serum is your daily lash upgrade. This concentrated treatment enhances growth, thickness, and longevity while nourishing your lash line. Think of it as a beauty boost for your lashes!

How soon will results?

With consistent daily use, many NŪ beauties notice visible results in just 2–4 weeks. For maximum glam, expect full results in 6–8 weeks. Patience is key to lash perfection!

Can I use extensions?

Absolutely! We highly recommend using NŪRise with lash extensions. It strengthens your natural lashes, allowing them to better support extensions and extend the time between refills.

Is it safe?

Yes, babe! NŪRise is ophthalmologist-tested, cruelty-free, and crafted with safe, skin-friendly ingredients. If you have sensitivities, always patch test first—safety is sexy!

Can contact wearers use?

Yes, contact lens wearers can use NŪRise. Just avoid direct contact with your eyes. If irritation occurs, remove your lenses and rinse gently with water.

Who shouldn’t use NŪ lash clusters?
