All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days within metro areas, and up to 7 business days for regional or remote locations.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow your NŪ goodies right to your doorstep.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier, and public holidays.

We want you to absolutely love your NŪ experience — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

• Unused and unopened
  
• In their original packaging
  
• In the same condition you received them
  

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on used lash products, serums, or opened beauty items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and our team will make it right.
