Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
Unused and unopened
In their original packaging
In the same condition you received them.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on used lash products, serums, or opened beauty items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and our team will make it right.
